At Advanced Health TuneUp your first consultation consists of the following: |

You will have a COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH CHECK relating to your health needs |

A scientifically validated test known as Biological Impedence Analysis
(BIA), which assists us to design a program specifically to your health
needs. This test will be undertaken on each visit.
The BIA gives information such as your fat mass, muscle mass, how
healthy you are, fluid excess, energy within your cells, fluid balance,
and biological age. |

With information gathered from the BIA device we are able to prescribe
nutritional supplements, exercise recommendations and dietary advice.
You will be AMAZED at the changes that will take place in your body, for
example more energy, fitter and healhier YOU! |

When taking the BIA test you will also be able to manage your weight

YOUR FIRST VISIT ALSO INCLUDES:
A printout from the (quick) BIA test that you can take home. You will be
able to monitor your health progress with a new printout on subsequent
visits.
You will be given a Zinc Tally test, to see if your zinc levels are okay.
Your blood pressure, oxygen, temperature and pulse will also be taken.
Iridology is also available.
You will be given a health booklet relating to your health issues.
